*Website Use Information: Similar to other commercial websites, our website utilizes a standard technology called "e;cookies"e; (see explanation below, "e;What Are Cookies?"e;) and Web server logs to collect information about how our website is used. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our website, and the Web sites visited just before and just after our website.

Broadly speaking, we use personal information for purposes of administering and expanding our business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to our customers and prospective customers.
3)What Are Cookies?

As you shop on our website, the site uses its cookies to differentiate you from other shoppers so your 'memories' or favorite pieces on our site are retained from page to page. We use what are called session cookies and they are deleted when you close the browser.
5)What is you policy on Sharing Information with Third Parties?
We do not, will not, nor do we have plans to give your information to third parties. We feel that is REALLY unseemly, and frankly, rude.
6)How long does it take for me to receive my customized items?
It generally takes approximately 3 weeks, including shipping time.
7)How do you ship, and when?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items! We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service), Express Overnight Shipping. Shipping days/dates are as follows:

*Dates items are recieved may be determined by area item(s) are being delivered to.
*Shipping dates and Recieving dates are subject to change in instances of uncontrollable circumstances, such as Holiday closures, weather related restraints, or location drop off issues.
*Ring Scribe and Green Lake Jewelry Works will insure all items shipped. Please inspect your package upon recieving
*Date order is placed does is not the same day item is shipped. Please call us or email for special shipping requests and we will accomodate your needs as best as possible.
8) What types of payment methods do you accept?
We gladly accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, and money orders. If using a money order, please contact a Ringscribe Representative prior to payment being sent.
9)How do I determine the size of the ring?
We will need to know the size of the ring desired in order to begin the process. We have several ways to help you determine the size of the ring you want.
If you have a ring but do not know the size of it you can usethis chart. You will need to print it out and place it on a flat surface to determine your ring size.*When printing, make sure that you do not resize the page at all.Doing so will affect the size of the ring circles, giving an inaccurate reading.
Another method is to measure the circumference of your finger, downloadingthis chartto determine the size. You can either use a tape measure or string. Wrap the string around your finger, mark it with a pen, unwrap the string and then measure the distance of the marked string. Once you have the circumference, either in inches or millimeters, find the length on the chart below and match it with the ring size you need.

*REFUND/RETURN POLICY*
We want you to be excited and thrilled with our products and services! Within 30 days of receiving your Ringscribe product if you don't feel we have done our best to exceed your expectations simply return it for a full no questions asked refund less any shipping or special handling charges!
Please note that on items produced in Platinum, there may be a refining charge on returns of up to $200, depending on the weight of the item.
